What is Tenth Goal
At Tenth Goal, we believe housing is more than shelter—it’s the foundation for thriving families, strong communities, and economic stability.
Our mission is born from lived experience. Liz and Bre know firsthand the struggles of finding safe, affordable housing and the harsh realities of homelessness—along with how difficult it is for working families to secure a home they can afford despite doing everything “right.” Their journey through these challenges—and witnessing the consequences of inaction—fuels our commitment to create real, lasting solutions.
We’ve seen what happens when quick fixes and purely profit-driven choices in what gets built replace thoughtful planning: temporary housing that compromises safety, dignity, and community well-being. These lessons taught us that housing action must be urgent, creative, and collaborative. Rising costs and growing needs demand bold approaches that work for everyone.
That’s why Tenth Goal exists: to lead a coordinated, multi-stakeholder effort that delivers sustainable workforce housing. Our approach brings together cities, developers, employers, lenders, and community voices to ensure housing solutions are affordable, equitable, and built to last.
Our commitment is simple:
We work tirelessly to make housing attainable for the people who keep our communities running—because everyone deserves a fair chance to thrive.
